HANDLER DEDICATED test head manipulator MP 920

The ideal solution for docking a test head to IC handlers with a vertical backplate.

Highlights:

  - Maximum test head weight 600kg (1320 lbs)
  - Ideal for vertical docking (DUT vertical)
  - Very small footprint allows efficient use of test floor space
  - Strictly linear docking motion
  - Convenient handling by one person
